Method Description
This mid-range yeast and mold count detects fungal levels up to 150,000 CFU/g, appropriate for products where moderate fungal levels might be expected but higher levels would indicate spoilage or contamination. This range is useful for monitoring shelf-life stability and identifying when fungal growth is approaching levels that could affect product quality or safety.
